Disculpe las molestias pero, a fecha de hoy, sigo con el teléfono defectuoso y bastante desesperada. El departamento postventa no sólo no ha solucionado el problema después de más de 3 meses, tampoco me da una dirección para enviar el teléfono defectuoso y no quieren devolverme el dinero. El 27 de marzo me dieron la opción de esperar a una supuesta actualización de la app térmica que podría solucionar el problema y acepté porque me dijeron que la actualización llegaría a mediados de abril, pero la actualización no llegó, Llevo 3 meses sin poder usar un teléfono nuevo vuestro que me ha costado más de 1000 euros. Este teléfono está mal desde el principio. Primero no funcionaba la térmica, sigue sin funcionar, y después empezaron a fallar aplicaciones como Outlook, Whatsapp, Google Maps y otras app importantes en mi día a día: se quedaban colgadas y no volvían a funcionar si no reiniciaba el teléfono, obligándome a reiniciarlo de 5 a 10 veces al día. No es normal que un teléfono de 12GB de RAM se quede colgado de esa manera. Dejé de usarlo a mediados de abril porque me perjudicaba en mi trabajo, lo restablecí a valores de fábrica y lo guardé en la caja que vino a la espera de que me enviaran uno nuevo. El teléfono parece de altísima calidad, pero la realidad es que el mío no ha funcionado bien en ningún momento y he pagado mucho dinero por él. El 1 de mayo, finalmente, solicité el cambio del teléfono o su devolución. Los del departamento postventa llevan poniendo excusas desde entonces. Primero dijeron que no tenían stock, que esperara una semana, y esperé, pero no mandaron nada. Después dijeron que estaban haciendo inventario, que esperara un poco más, y esperé, y después que esperara hasta el 7 de junio, que seguro que me lo mandaban en esa fecha… Les dije que ya no podía esperar más y me ignoraron. Al final he tenido que reparar la pantalla de mi teléfono antiguo para poder tener un teléfono con térmica en mi trabajo. Como comprenderá, después de arreglar mi antiguo móvil (Ulefone Armor 11 T, con cámara térmica), YA NO NECESITO EL AGM y así se lo trasladé al su personal. Este terminal ha llegado defectuoso desde el principio, lo dije desde el primer día que llegó, y lo he estado documentando en multitud de correos desde el día que llegó. Llevo desde el 12 de junio reclamando la devolución del dinero y pidiendo una dirección a la que mandar el teléfono defectuoso con los accesorios y siguen poniéndome excusas o ignorándome. Desde hace 6 días ya no contestan, ni me dan la dirección a la que mandar el móvil defectuoso, ni me devuelven el dinero. Les he advertido que me van a obligar a tomar medidas legales, pero les ha dado igual. Ya no contestan. Estoy desesperada. Esto es insólito. Jamás me había pasado algo así. Ya no quiero su teléfono, el departamento postventa me ha amargado la experiencia. Por favor, hable con ellos y que me devuelvan el dinero de una vez. Este tema está empezando a afectar a mi salud. Gracias.

Hello from Spain. My AGM Guardian arrived yesterday. I was very happy until I tried to use the thermal viewer application and... it doesn't load, the application screen stays with a message that says "Loading" and it doesn't do anything else 😱 I have reset the phone to factory settings 2 times and it is still the same. What I can do?
